Dedication
The first writer to sign on to The Australia Project was the late John Belluso. He'd been to Australia on an exchange through New Dramatists and we had a mutual friend there. We contacted him about doing it and he immediately said yes. Perhaps one of the reasons so many other great writers came on board is that John was doing it and people loved him. We're all such fans of his work and, although he passed away just before he would have given us a play, we are so grateful for that initial vote of confidence. The Australia Project is dedicated to his memory.
